What does\nthis year hold in store for us? How are we going to be living during the next\ntwelve months? Free, vaccinated, confined? Despite this wave of uncertainty,\none thing already seems to be a given: over the past two years, digitalised\noperations have become more numerous and more widespread to avoid proximity\n-and therefore contamination- but also to make our lives more simple! History\nhas taken a new turn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After\nhaving migrated to a new information system, Marfret is looking to bring its\ne-booking service online during the course of 2022, in order to make\ntransporting your goods easier while ensuring complete control and total\ntransparency of operations and the supply chain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
An\nadditional feature for you, our customers, who will be able to make bookings\nonline directly on Marfret\u2019s website, in a personal space called \u201cMy Space\u201d.\nYou will soon be able to take advantage of features as intuitive as on any\nonline store, including the option of storing documents (VGM\u2026), saving your\ntransaction history and receive our newsletter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This new\nmeans of booking space will thus complement the existing channel provided to\nclients for several years now via the INTTRA community portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\ndevelopment will in no way alter the close relationship we enjoy with our\nclients, something that has been part of Marfret\u2019s DNA since its founding in 1951.\nIt will merely be an additional option in the range of services provided by our\ncompany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of course,\nyou will still be able to count on the availability and efficiency of all our\nteams in every one of the geographic zones we serve. Our staff members work\ndaily to ensure cargoes are delivered whatever the circumstances, including\nweather hazards, despite the problems caused by the pandemic and strikes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
